Kokhan Iryna studied at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in 2005-2010 and received the qualification of “Economist, teacher of economics” for the specialty “Finance”.

PhD studies of finances between 2010-2013 (specialty 08.00.08 “Money, Finance and Credit”).

She defended her dissertation on “Budget financing of socio-economic development of the region” and received the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (Doctor of Philosophy) in the specialty 08.00.08 “Money, Finance and Credit” in 2015.

She received the academic title of associate professor of finance at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University in 2021.

Scientific research was conducted within the research theme of the Department of Finance “Formation of an effective model of financial resources management of the national economic system”, which is performed within working hours.

Courses taught: Budget system, Budget management, Latest technologies in finance.

Research interests: problems of inter-budgetary relations and ways of their solution, formation and use of financial resources of the state, budgetary financing of economy.

Internship: three month international scientific internship (180 hours, 6 credits ECTS) within the European educational project «The innovative Methods and Technologies of Teaching: The Newest in the European Educational Practice» on the basis of the Higher School of Linguistics in Czestochowa (Wyższa Szkoła Lingwistyczna, WSL) Czestochowa (Republic of Poland).
