In 1991, Liliana Horal graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Oil and Gas (now Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Design and Operation of Oil and Gas Pipelines, Bases, and Storage Facilities.
In 2000, she obtained a degree in Accounting and Auditing from Ivano-Frankivsk State Technical University of Oil and Gas.
In 2023, she earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Management from the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (Kharkiv).
In 1999, she defended her PhD dissertation in Technical Sciences (specialty 05.15.13) on “Research on Diffusion and Gas-Dynamic Processes in Underground Gas Storage Facilities during Filtration of Natural Gas and Nitrogen.”
In 2012, she defended her Doctor of Economic Sciences dissertation (specialty 08.00.04) on “System-Targeted Support for Technological Renewal of Gas Transmission Enterprises.”
In 2015, she was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Finance.
Author of over 200 scientific and methodological works, including 24 papers indexed in Scopus, 10 monographs, and 4 textbooks.
